  • Instructed in Education and Licensing appeals.
  • Expertise in anti-social behaviour injunctions and orders in the context of Housing Law. Undertakes a full range of Landlord & Tenant litigation in both commercial and residential leases. Regularly instructed to attend Intentional Homelessness review and appeal panels.
  • Extensive experience in Personal Injury Litigation, both claimant and defendant work and claims under the Criminal Injury Compensation Scheme.
  • Prosecutes benefit and tax fraud offences.
  • Travels extensively on the Western and Midland Circuits and will attend court at Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Coventry, Birmingham, Walsall, Lincoln, Bristol, Swindon, Taunton, Exeter, Torquay, Plymouth and Truro.
  • Associate member of King's Bench Chambers, Plymouth.
  • Approved pupil supervisor and registered to undertake public access work.
  • Appointed Recorder dealing with Civil matters on the Midland Circuit; 6th May 2009.
