Family Law:  

Atif represents both applicants and respondents in the areas of Family Finance, Private children and injunctive family law matters. His area of work includes:

  • All type of Visa Applications (Entry clearance, leave to remain, Indefinite Leave to remain (ILR), Permanent residence, Human rights, EU settlement applications)

Crime:

Atif has good experience of appearing before Youth Court, Magistrates Court and Crown Court. He regularly appeared before courts for both prosecution and defence. Now, he appears on behalf of clients in all categories of motoring offences, including:
