Keith is a specialist in both family and commercial and property, civil work with extensive experience in all courts and tribunals from the County Court to the higher courts.

Apart from his courtroom work, Keith has a heavy paperwork and advisory practice (including drafting legal instruments) and is available to travel for conference purposes or if preferred to conduct remote conferences and hearings.

Keith was a commercial property and company/commercial solicitor for many years before he came to the Bar which gives him a greater appreciation of all aspects of the legal process-.

Application for financial provision under the Inheritance (provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and under Schedule 1 Children Act 1989. 

Private Law Family Proceedings

All section 8 Children Act proceedings – contact, residence (including international relocation), prohibited step orders and specific issue orders.

Applications for change of name and leave to remove from the jurisdiction.
