Prior to commencing pupillage, Pauline worked as a Paralegal for a solicitors firm in Derby that specialised in the areas of criminal defence and personal injury. During this time she undertook the training to become a police station representative. She has also worked as a Paralegal in the public law childcare department for another solicitors firm in Derby. In addition she has gained experience of Employment Tribunals whilst working as a volunteer for the Race Equality Centre based in Leicester dealing with cases of discrimination in the workplace.

Civil: all civil matters including personal injury, landlord and tenant, contract and bankruptcy matters. Advice on liability and quantum, conducting trials and attending interim and infant approval hearings and case management conferences. Undertakes both Claimant and Defendant work.
Family: all aspects of family law including ancillary relief - negotiations and hearings, private and public childcare proceedings and injunctive relief. Advice on ancillary relief and public law childcare matters.
Immigration: all manner of Immigration matters.
Employment: representation at Employment Tribunal and advice on all employment matters.
Sports law: Pauline has a keen interest in this area.
