Renata has worked both as an in house  Solicitor and in High Street Practices since qualification and has recently been admitted to practice at the Bar.  She has a broad range of experience both in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, Contentious Probate and Landlord and Tenant.

Renata has experience of representing both Claimants and Defendants in civil and commercial cases and is happy to receive instructions for:

  • Small Claims, Fast Track Trials and Disposal Hearings;
  • Infant Approval Hearings;
  • Interim Applications;
  • CCMCC's;
  • Possession Proceedings, including Setting Aside applications;
  • Residential Landlord and Tenant Matters, including Unlawful Eviction Matters;
  • Commercial Landlord and Tenant Matters;
  • Return of Goods Hearings;
  • Contractual disputes, including debt claims pursuant to the Late Payments of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998;
  • Contentious Probate Claims including IPFDA Claims.  
Renata acts for both Claimaint's and Respondents in employment matters including preliminary hearings and contested final hearings.
Renata has experience of dealing with TLATA matters and has had some exposure to Public Law Children matters and is keen to develop her practice in this area.
