- Employment - experienced in conduct dismissals, all general aspects of unfair dismissal, and race and sex discrimination cases; handled several RAF pregnancy dismissal cases. Once adduced the old truck acts to win an unfair dismissal case for a shop assistant: Riley v Joseph Frisby Ltd [1982] IRLR 479. Involved in the growing field of disability discrimination: several ET cases and one EAT case so far.

- Personal injury - substantial experience in assessing quantum of damages), contract, general tort including professional negligence. Housing; very recent experience in disrepair cases.
- Family - experienced in ancillary relief cases, injunctions, contact and residence hearings; care cases (acting mainly for parents and relatives).
