• Family Law - All areas of family law,including Public and Private Children Act 1989 proceedings, injunctions proceedings under the Family Law Act 1996, Matrimonial proceedings under the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973.

• Commercial Proceedings - Breach of contract, negligence, consumer credit agreements, sale of goods, personal injury, public liability and housing disrepair.

• Immigration - Asylum, visa and deportation appeals.

• Education - Education / Exclusion appeals. Instructed by Local Education Authorities to clerk Independent Appeal Panels, also experienced in representing appellants and respondents.
