Civil: all civil matters including personal injury, landlord and tenant, contract and bankruptcy matters. Advice on liability and quantum, conducting trials and attending interim and infant approval hearings and case management conferences. Undertakes both Claimant and Defendant work.
Family: all aspects of family law including ancillary relief - negotiations and hearings, private and public childcare proceedings and injunctive relief. Advice on ancillary relief and childcare matters.
Criminal:-
- Magistrates'/Youth Court: prosecution and defence work in trials, particularly Road Traffic Act offences and exceptional hardship and special reasons arguments.
- Crown Court: plea and case management hearings, bail applications and sentencing. Advice on sentencing and procedure.
Immigration: all manner of Immigration matters.
Employment: representation at Employment Tribunal and advice on all employment matters.
