Areas of Practice

Adelle undertakes work in most practice areas, but has particular experience in the following:

• Family:

  • Private law children - all s8 applications and at all stages, including finding of fact hearings and final hearings in both the FPC and County Courts.
  • Public law children.
  • Ancillary relief and TLATA applications.
  • All forms of injunctive relief.
  • Defending CSA prosecutions.

• Crime:

  • All manner of Magistrates' Court work, in both adult and youth courts.

• Civil:

  • General civil, at all levels and in most areas, particularly: contract, negligence, personal injury, education and insolvency.
  • Extensive experience of mortgage and rental possession proceedings.
  • Coroner's inquests.

Previous Work Experience

Whilst working across the Midlands for London based Legal Practice Clerks (LPC), undertook:

• Small claims.
• General civil including - Landlord & Tenant, Insolvency & Mortgages.
