William Falshaw has been involved in law for over 30 years.
William specialises on Public Law cases and has acted for guardians and parents in contested hearings at all levels.
He is well versed in dealing with allegations of neglect, emotional and sexual abuse. William has a compassionate affinity which allows him to understand drug addiction and the challenges faced by parents in the Family Court, his compassion and understanding in dealing with cases involving domestic abuse, be it for a victim, a perpetrator or on behalf of a child, has often been commented favourably by the judiciary.
