AREAS OF WORK

International Offshore legal work

New Walk Chambers has, for many years, dealt with clients in the UK and world-wide. Some of our advocates have worked and/or lived in the Caribbean and North and South America. In recent years the growth in global trade has increased the need for lawyers to be called on for their specialist knowledge and skills in areas such as the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Members of Chambers can give legal advice, act in mediations, and appear in court. We can be instructed by attorneys, foreign governments, and clients in person globally.

We have specialists in family law, immigration, tax, commercial chancery, trusts, probate, contract issues, construction disputes, professional liability claims, insolvency, company law and procedural matters.

If other specialists need to be brought into cases, then we can advise as necessary.

Several of our members speak foreign languages.

Among others we can receive enquiries from individuals, governments, and legal firms in countries and regions which operate according to a common law jurisdiction and also EU countries and member states.
