Immigration Law

Chambers have a well-established immigration team and members regularly appear before the Immigration Appellate Authority. Members deal with a broad range of hearings across the country and cases include bail applications, asylum matters, visit-visas and leave to remain appeals. Members have represented students, workers, asylum seekers, families, children, those requiring medical treatment, long term residents seeking indefinite leave to remain, those who have entered the country illegally, criminals and many other appellants.
Members regularly deal with cases involving the violation of Human Rights.

In addition to regular court appearances, members provide a range of advisory and drafting services. These include assessments into the merits of applications and appeals, grounds of appeal documents, skeleton arguments and any required guidance.

Chambers accepts instructions on a direct access basis.
